1. Eligibility for Returns
A product may be eligible for return if:
- It is damaged or defective on arrival
- You received the wrong product
- Product is missing parts or accessories
- The item is unused, in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products used, installed, or modified
- Clearance/discounted products (unless damaged)
3. Return Window
You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide order ID, product photos, and reason
- Our team will inspect and approve/reject the request
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or ask you to ship the product back
5. Refund Process
Refund will be initiated:
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product
- Refund will be credited within 5–7 business days via the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Replacement
If stock is available, we offer replacement instead of refund. If unavailable, a refund will be processed.
